As we look ahead to the 2026 legislative year, MLA Jordan Kealy wants to hear directly from the people he represents.

Too often, decisions are made in Victoria without a clear understanding of the realities faced by northern and rural communities. This questionnaire is an opportunity for you to help set priorities, identify urgent problems, and influence the work Jordan takes forward in the BC Legislature.

The questionnaire covers the issues that matter most to people in Peace River North, including:

  Access to doctors and specialists, emergency services, long-term care, staffing shortages, and rural healthcare delivery.

  Roads, bridges, transportation, public facilities, and critical services that support our communities and economy.

• Resource Sector & Agriculture
  Forestry, oil and gas, mining, farming, ranching, and the policies that affect jobs, land use, and long-term sustainability.

• Economy & Cost of Living
  Affordability, taxation, business conditions, workforce challenges, and economic development in the North.

• Housing
  Availability, affordability, rentals, social housing, and barriers to development in rural communities.

• Crime, Public Safety & Drugs
  Community safety, repeat offenders, addiction, enforcement, treatment, and impacts on families and businesses.

• Education
  K-12 education, staffing, class sizes, special needs supports, trades training, and post-secondary access.
